Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and we will even send you a gift card in the post if requested for those who prefer the real thing!
If you prefer we also offer a physical card which we will send in the post.
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe and several countries throughout the rest of the World (including USA, Canada, Japan).

Orders must be made by 3.00pm Monday-Thursday to ensure Next day Guaranteed delivery.
Please note orders placed on a Friday will not be received until the following working day (Monday)
We do not do a Saturday service.

The prices listed are per order, not per item.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. All items will be sent the next working day following a bank holiday.
Please note when choosing next day delivery, all items ordered on a Saturday and Sunday will not be sent out until Monday.
In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.
All orders will be delivered by a third party courier.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery at the shipping address. If a signature cannot be obtained by our chosen delivery company the goods will be returned to the depot, from which you will be responsible to collect or rearrange delivery (at your own cost).
We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.
If the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away. Alternatively, if any minor damage is noticed upon removal from the packaging we ask that you contact us immediately so we can assist to rectify the situation.
Christmas Returns- Any items purchased online from the 24th November 2016 to the 31st December may be returned up to the 14th January 2017. All other conditions remains unchanged
In-line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may cancel an order from the date you receive the order. To cancel an order, you must contact us in writing by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, by contacting our Customer Services telephone line on 01277 222174 or by completing the "Returns" form a link is in the footer section of the website. You will need to return the Product(s) to us at your own cost.
If you wish to return Product(s) to us that are faulty we will:
Offer to send a replacement to you free of charge.
Refund you any reasonable charges you may have incurred returning the faulty products to us.
If you wish to return Product(s) to us that are not faulty we will:
Refund you the cost of the Product(s) within 30 calendar days.
Goods should be returned to us in the original packaging or similar. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
Returns will only be accepted if the returns tag is attached and the garments are not showing signs of wear.
Garments with odours or marks including perfume, make up and deodorant will not be accepted as a return.
