We currently deliver to the UK, Europe and several countries throughout the rest of the World (including USA, Canada, Japan.)

 The prices listed are per order, not per item.

Orders must be made by 3.00pm Monday - Thursday to ensure Next day UK guaranteed delivery.  (Excludes weekends & bank holidays) *postcode restrictions apply.

Orders are shipped up until 3pm (Monday-Friday) We do not process orders on the weekend.

Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the following working day (Monday) 

Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following working day (Monday) 

You will receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will have your tracking number where you can track it on APC Overnight here -  https://apc-overnight.com

All orders will require a signature upon delivery at the shipping address, If a signature cannot be obtained the goods will be returned to the depot, from which you will be responsible to collect or rearrange delivery (at your own cost).

APC attempt to deliver twice before returning items back to the depot where you can re-arrange a delivery from the delivery card. If they do not get a response, it will be returned back to us as undelivered. If your order has been returned to us it we will get in contact with you to see If you would like us to send your parcel back out rather than refund it. If you are having this issue please email us with your order number.

Any orders placed outside of the EU could possible entail a tax duty payment once received at your local delivering depot.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from APC to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the UK.

Packages undeliverable by APC and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Returns and exchanges

In-line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may return an order from the date you receive the order.

Returns will only be accepted if the returns tag is attached and the garments are not showing signs of wear.

Garments with odours or marks including perfume, make up and deodorant will not be accepted as a return. 

We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie where the hygiene seal has been removed.

If you receive any products which are at fault we must be contacted straight away by email - info@lucysboutique.co.uk

If you wish to return Product(s) to us that are faulty we will:

Offer to send a replacement to you free of charge.

Refund you any reasonable charges you may have incurred returning the faulty products to us.

If you wish to return Product(s) to us that are not faulty we will:

Refund you the cost of the Product(s) within 30 calendar days.

Goods should be returned to us in the original packaging or similar. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Unfortunately we do not refund the cost of original postage and shipping charges occurred to customers.

We aim to process returns and refunds as soon as we can but please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed and a further 7 working days for the refund to reach your account.

If you haven’t received a refund from us and its been over 14 days, then please email us with proof of postage to info@lucysboutique.co.uk

Orders

As soon as you have placed your order you will be redirected to an order confirmation page which will show your order details and order number.

You will then receive an order confirmation email from us, and then to follow a dispatch confirmation with your tracking details.

If you have entered an incorrect address, or wrong size then we can change this for you but we will need to be notified within 30 minutes of placing your order as we aim to get orders sent out ASAP. We will do our best to amend anything for you.

We aim to get orders shipped out ASAP so we must be notified within 1 hour after placing the order if you wish to cancel it.
